Chinese New Year gifts
Chinese New Year falls between late January and mid-February, exactly when new olive oil is at its best. We ship it to Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy and the rest of Europe, straight to the person receiving it.
Why new oil
The olives are picked in October and November. Chinese New Year comes a few weeks later, while the oil still has all the aroma of the mill: a gift that arrives at its best and is actually used, every day, until it runs out.
It comes from our own olives, grown and milled in Tuscany, at Montemurlo: 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, with the harvest year on the bottle.
How gifting works
At checkout, choose “It’s a gift” and write your message. We ship to the recipient’s address, leave the prices off the parcel paperwork and add a card with your words.
What to give
Raccolto, the oil of the full November harvest: round and fruity, it goes with everything. A half-litre or one-litre bottle for the table; a 1, 2, 3 or 5 litre tin for a family that cooks every day.
Shipping and dates
Hong Kong is a free port: olive oil pays no duty or tax on arrival. We also ship to Singapore, all over Italy and the European Union, so anyone living in Europe orders as for any other address. We do not ship parcels to mainland China yet.

Order-by dates for Chinese New Year
The next Chinese New Year falls on Saturday, 6 February 2027. To receive the parcel a few days before with standard shipping, order by these dates:

The dates allow one or two days to pack your order plus the courier’s delivery time. Deliveries in Asia slow down in the weeks before the New Year, so it is best not to wait for the last day.
