Right of Withdrawal
Deadline
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Art. 52 Consumer Code).
How to withdraw
Email ordini@oliodelbarone.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form.
Returns
Return the products intact and sealed within 14 days of notifying us. Return costs are borne by the customer [unless stated otherwise].
Refund
Within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method.
Exclusions
Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (Art. 59).
