Scope

Prices and payment

Prices in euro, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. For shipments outside the EU, local duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient.

Formation of contract

The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email.

Harvest reservation

Reservations are paid in advance and ship in November of the harvest year. [Terms in case of insufficient harvest to be defined].

Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity under Art. 128 ff. of the Consumer Code applies.

Governing law

Italian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
